Return & Refund Policy — 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (delivery date shown by the carrier).
2) Return eligibility (conditions)
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
It must be returned in original packaging (including accessories, inserts, and manuals if applicable)
You must provide proof of purchase (order number / email)
Non-returnable items (unless damaged/defective)
Items that have been used, worn, or are not in original condition
Items returned after the return window
Items marked final sale or clearance (if stated at purchase)
Gift cards (if applicable)
Hygiene / safety note: For certain support or wearable products, we may not accept returns if the product has been opened/used, unless required by law or the item is defective.
3) How to start a return
To request a return, contact us with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect. Furthermore, do not send items back without contacting us first.
4) Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. As a result, we'll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
5) Refunds (when approved)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Partial refunds may apply
Partial refunds may apply if the returned item is not in original condition, missing parts or accessories, or returned with signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
6) Shipping costs for returns
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. Furthermore, original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
If you receive a replacement due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
7) Exchanges
If you want a different size or model, contact us and we'll confirm availability. Additionally, exchanges are subject to stock availability. You may be asked to return the original item first unless the issue is a defect.
8) Order cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we can cancel and refund. Otherwise, you'll need to follow the return process after delivery.
9) Chargebacks & disputes
If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Therefore, unresolved chargebacks may delay future support and could require additional verification.
10) EU/EEA/UK right of withdrawal (if applicable)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions. You must notify us within 14 days and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
